i have seen a couple of things on google but would rather hear it from here on How to get admin right's from a guest/limited account

i was sure i had tutorial, but guess im going insane..
it's not exactly what you asked, but anyway.
can't bother explaining how to use it tho, its pretty straight forward. burn the ISO on CD and boot from CD.

im taking that there is no way to do it without 3rd party software????

i have never tested. i don't use multiple accounts.
im sure you're able to manipulate registry somehow, but if regedit is disable by admin, then no, most likely you can't do it without 3rd party software.
however i say again, i have never tested anything like that, never needed any of this. google around and test.
make virtual PC to replicate your situtation. best way to go is using virtual pc to test.

i don't know, it was just logical tought. google for it and test in virtual PC.
that's only way to know for 100% if tutorial works or not.
