You said my last post was off-topic, so I shall ask here...
On my last-last-post you said if you shared the MAC with someone
if you request a page, then both MACs are same and station doesn't know where to send data, it can end up half to you and half to other person.
So question, if i uploaded a RAT of my own to a site and kept viewing the page over and over would there be a chance of the Virus being implemented onto the PC I am "stealing" the MAC from?
Say it was a page with a Java applet/PHP phish, would that outcome ever be possible?

Re: MAC Hacking
you need to stop saying last last posts and things, just describe what you talk about, lot of other ppl read this forum too and they don't understand shit you talk about.
your theory is correct, but idea is completely nonsense. what use you have packets going to other person, if their computer doesn't accept them ? ever heard of a firewall ?
thats the point of firewall, it only opens port if you send request out and waiting for reply.
its not like other computer just accepts everything that is sent, that person would have to visit the same website at same time, then it might work, but then again, it wouldn't. common sense ...
you open a page and send "GET http://sethioz.com" and then your browser waits for reply. if it gets some random packet, it's just dropped and nothing happens.
everything that router sends, ends up on the MAC address that requested the information. meaning that everything you request, ends up in both computers anyway. router doesn't care if there are 10 computers or 1 receiving it. its like radio stations, they play a song and they dont care if there is 1 listener or 1000 listeners, radio still plays the same way. 1 transmitter and 1000 receivers, makes no difference.
however computers are not radios and they act little bit different, since router is between that handles the info, this is why MAC cloning has its effects.
if you have 2 computers connected to your router via wireless, clone one's MAC and see what happens, you will see that neither will work fine if you surf internet with both at same time. you need to test and experiment on your own to see the effects.

Re: MAC Hacking
Ah, I follow, thanks.
Hmm, I need to do my homework on more basics
I have ideas but they're far over my head, they may be useful to others not myself however.
In any case I understand.
I'll Setup a Tri-PC station. Manipulation here i come ^_^
