why would i give away a paypal with money on it ? or one with attached card. i have those, but i use them myself.
however it is one time deal, they will be forced to change password and everything after you login from other country IP. also most likely they will cancel the order.
but if you like to hack, then as Ken said, phising. method is up to you, you can use fake login pages, keyloggers, trojans.
right now i have project SAM running and ppl getting infected with keylogger a lot. i targeted that project on steam (steampowered.com). so im getting "free" accounts.
