no u cant hack any games with it. maybe only flash games tht can be played in http browser.

well you posted it under games - hacks..
so now i moved it into right place so you can discuss the Tamper Data. ok for example you can hack chatrooms with it .. and do some insane things.
In one chatroom it is even possible to talk as other person. in other chatroom, like flashchat, you can get access to restricted commands.
when admin disables ''bell'', ''addroom'' ..etc functions for normal users you will still be able to use them, using tamper data.

This is nice PoC (Proof of Concept). shows you what you can do using only an firefox add-on.
