uhm? are you talking about hacking somebody's pc? steam? .. be more specific.
if steam, i remember that Luigi (aluigi.org and revuln.com) found remote execution bug in steam, which allows you to execute remote code, potentially you could get a keylogger or trojan into his pc and execute via steam, but im not 100% sure if it was patched or not.
other than that, best way to "hack" someone is with trojan or keylogger, you just have to find a way to get it to the target. There's always a way, you just have to find it :)
Whetever it is making a fake website with fake stuff that he/she might like or just pretending to be someone else and sending a file ..etc.
I can point finger on right things, but i can't be bothered to take requests myself, unless someone would pay me like 100eur per hour, which i doubt you'd do ^^
